We are recruiting for a Private Client Lawyer to play a key role in our continued growth and development.
You must be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ post qualification experience and be able to work unsupervised. STEP qualification is desirable but not essential. You must be fully computer literate and familiarity with case management systems would be advantageous. This role does have secretarial support.
The role requires experience of handling complex estates, trusts, Court of Protection work, inheritance tax planning, and dealing with estate planning and succession issues that involve business and agricultural elements. The ability to work effectively with clients’ other advisers is essential.
You must have excellent technical and organisational skills and the desire to provide high levels of client service at all times. This role will also include marketing, networking and the active promotion of the firm.
The successful candidate will be personable, self-motivated and flexible with a strong desire to set and achieve high personal and business standards.
This is a hands-on role within a progressive and expanding practice suited to a driven lawyer seeking career progression.
