I am an Employment Law solicitor and advise both employers and employees on all aspects of employment law.
I qualified as a solicitor in 1995. I have worked for a number of local firms of solicitors initially in commercial litigation and employment. I also worked in-house for a local authority as their employment solicitor for just over 11 years. I joined Tinsdills in 2010 as their employment solicitor and so have extensive experience in my chosen area of law.
I have experience in a wide range of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters and in advising both employers and employees.

My aim is to assist employers with the smooth running of their business with their workforce which includes having the appropriate policies and procedures in place and to advise on any issues that may arise
For the Employee
My aim is to advise on any settlement agreement and/or any grievances or claims they may have against their employer
