Senior Associate

Laura is a Senior Associate specialising in Wills, Trusts and Probate matters. She qualified in July 2008  and has spent the last eight years practising in a law firm in Hertfordshire. She joined Tinsdills in October 2021.

Laura is a fully accredited member of Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE) and full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

Laura provides advice to individuals in all aspects of private client matters to include;

  • Drafting of Wills;
  • Inheritance tax planning;
  • Preparation and Registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney;
  • Registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney; Setting up and managing of Trusts;
  • Deputyship and other Court of Protection matters; Probate/Estate Administration – including high value and complex estates and intestacies

Laura works with a wide range of clients and a has particular interest in the elderly client. Laura aims to be communicative, clear and concise with her clients to ensure that they understand the advice given. Laura enjoys getting to know her clients so that she can offer a tailored and personable service.
