Sam Sharratt

Senior Associate

Sam is a Senior Associate specialising in all aspects of residential conveyancing.

She was admitted as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 1999, specialising in Land Law and Conveyancing. She joined Tinsdills’ Property Department in January 2016 having previously worked for the in house Legal Department of a major Building Society.

Sam has experience in a wide range of residential property transactions including the following:

• Property sales
• Property purchases
• Re-mortgages
• Transfers of equity
• Right to buy purchases

Her aim is to assist clients in all aspects of their conveyancing transactions as smoothly and as efficiently as possible. She understands the stresses that can come with each transaction and aims to minimise the worries that our clients feel and to achieve the outcome they desire.
