Tinsdills Solicitors won the ‘Excellence in Customer Service’ award at the East Cheshire Chamber Business Awards held on Friday 8th April at Cranage Hall. Tinsdills previously won the award in 2014.
Rebecca Medcalf, Director said “Winning this prestigious award for a second time is clear recognition of our firm’s continued commitment to client care. This has been achieved through a continuous commitment to our Client Care Bond and internal training which advises our employees on how we should deal with our prospective and existing clients. We measure our client service by sending a questionnaire on the conclusion of their matter which asks for feedback on the service they received. We then publish the results on our website.”
The customer service award is the most hotly contended category. The award’s recipient is decided by a panel of judges, drawn from diverse member organisations across the region.
There were 10 entries for the Excellence in Customer Service Award category and the criteria was as follows;
‘This Award is for the Company that demonstrates a commitment to continuously improving its standards of customer care, with examples of customer care that exceeds customers’ expectations and has a concise and well-implemented customer care policy’
The judges were impressed with Tinsdills’ enviable client feedback but also the way the firm has delivered excellent service even when under pressure.
