Rebecca Horner
Paralegal
Rebecca is a paralegal in the Family Department and has been with us since the beginning of 2023. She graduated from the University of Law in 2022 and gained experience in Criminal and Family Law prior to joining Tinsdills. She is a dedicated member of the team, and her compassionate approach provides clear and supportive assistance to clients during what can be a challenging period of their lives.
At present, Rebecca is studying for her LLM (SQE) Master’s Degree on a part-time basis whilst continuing her full-time role and undertaking the SQE Route to qualification as a solicitor.
Rebecca primarily assists on:
- Supporting Solicitors with case progression
- Preparation of complex financial disclosure
- Drafting Court applications in all areas of Family Law
- Liaising with third parties such as Cafcass
- Preparation of Court Bundles
- Handling complex Divorce matters
- Attending Court with Counsel
