Toni has experience in a wide range of private client matters, including the following:

• Basic individual and mirror Wills.
• Wills giving a life interest in property, including severing joint tenancy to protect individual property shares.
• Advising on options available in appointing Executors, determining shares to Beneficiaries and dealing with personal circumstances resulting in an individual wishing to specifically exclude someone from benefiting from their estate.
• Advising on the merits of Lasting Powers of Attorney for Financial Affairs and Health and Welfare.
• Drafting and ensuring the correct execution of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Attending to the registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Deeds of Revocation to revoke existing Lasting Powers of Attorney and implement an updated version.
• Court of Protection applications.
• Advising on Probate matters and obtaining a Grant of Probate.

In addition to the private client experience Toni has acquired since qualification, she has a background in conveyancing since 2017 and criminal litigation in her younger years, as well as working alongside a variety of charities.

Toni aims to provide well-rounded advice that allows clients to provide instructions to achieve the right outcome for them. There is no right or wrong answer when it comes to client preference in relation to their private affairs, and Toni seeks to ensure that all clients are satisfied that the legal documentation prepared for them is most suitable for their circumstances.
