Rachel Manby

Rachel joined Tinsdills in 2003. She initially worked within the Personal Injury and Compensation Department until 2009, at which point she commenced a training contract. She then qualified as a Solicitor in 2011.

After qualifying in 2011, Rachel joined the Wills, Trusts and Probate Department, where she has worked ever since, gaining experience in all aspects of client matters.

Rachel has experience in all aspects of client matters and specialises in:

• Inheritance tax advice
• Preparation of Wills
• Preparation & registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Applications to the Court of Protection
• Advising and dealing with post-death matters, including Probate applications, estate administration and deeds of variation

Rachel advises and assists a variety of clients of all ages, helping them to get their affairs in order. Due to the nature of her work, she is involved in some very difficult times in a client’s life. Rachel’s aim is to assist her clients in a practical, timely, but sensitive manner, helping them to give them peace of mind and relieve the burden of the legal process.
