Emma is a Senior Associate within the Wills, Trusts, and Probate department who handles a wide range of matters, including drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, applications to the Court of Protection, estate administration, and life interest trusts/discretionary trusts.
Emma has been a Fellow of the Institute of Paralegals since 2010 and has over 20 years of experience in her field.
Emma has experience in a wide range of Wills, Trusts and Probate matters, including the following:

- Court of Protection applications
