Client Service Team Leader
Jakki is the Client Services Team Leader, providing the first point of contact for Conveyancing, Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, Family, and Dispute Resolution enquiries.
She joined the firm in 1992, initially as a Legal Secretary predominantly based in the Business Services Unit and Personal Injury Department. In 2015, she joined the Client Service team and has worked in this department ever since.
She has a wide range of knowledge and experience in servicing clients and providing all initial contact and quotes for the following:

- Property remortgage quote
- Restructure of Title Deed quote
- Transfer of Equity quote
