Our client was walking in Hanley town centre along the street when she fell off the edge of the kerb and broke her ankle.

Our client was attending a bar with family members to celebrate a family birthday. As she was getting ready to leave she was knocked by another person and slipped on a wet floor causing her to fall onto broken glass.

Our Client was working on scaffolding at approximately 20ft from the ground when it collapsed. He sustained injuries to his head, chest and back with multiple cuts and bruises.

Our client was visiting a winter sports facility and taking part in tubing, when she was unable to stop due to the short run-off area.

Our Client was enjoying a family day out at Twycross Zoo and was standing in the designated viewing area of the giraffe enclosure. On this occasion, a giraffe came towards her and poked its neck through a fence to eat some leaves on the other side.

Mrs K was injured whilst walking along a city centre street. There was an area of uneven and raised paving stones with cobbles missing which caused her to trip and fall to the street floor.

It was not clear at first who owned the area where Mrs K fell with no-one accepting responsibility for the area in question.

Our Client was employed as an HGV driver and, as was his employer’s practice, was asked to assist in the inflation of one of the tyres on a lorry.

Our client used a cleaning gel at work which splashed into one of her eyes, causing irritation, blurred vision and headaches.
