Georgia is a Paralegal in the Wills, Trust and Probate department and specialises in the following areas:

  • Drafting and registration of both types of Lasting Powers of Attorney.
  • Preparation and execution of Wills.
  • Administration of Estates.

Georgia also assists our senior team with many other aspects of the work of our Wills, Trusts, and Probate teams.

Georgia graduated from Keele University in 2021 with an LLB Law degree and first joined Tinsdills in 2021 as a Legal Assistant in the Wills Project Team and is now a paralegal dealing with a broad range of private client work.

Georgia aims to understand her clients’ unique circumstances and tailor her advice and services to meet their needs. Often having to provide advice and assistance at difficult times for the client, Georgia always tries to assist in a sensitive, friendly, and approachable way.
