Michelle Bennett
Trainee Solicitor
Michelle is a Trainee Solicitor currently completing her first seat in our Wills Trust and Probate department.
Michelle initially joined Tinsdills as a legal assistant in our Wills Project Team. Michelle then gained experience working in Commercial and Agricultural Property as a paralegal.
Michelle graduated from Derby University with a degree in Sociology but then went on to study for a postgraduate degree in Law at Nottingham Trent University. Continuing her studies at Nottingham Trent University, Michelle completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC).
Michelle commenced her two-year training contract with Tinsdills in September 2023 and is working towards qualifying in 2025.
Whilst working in the Wills Trust and Probate department, Michelle is assisting other solicitors dealing with matters such as:
- Wills and Trusts
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Administration of Estates
