Sara Coxon
Trainee Solicitor
Sara is a Trainee Solicitor currently completing her first seat in our Litigation Department.
Sara graduated from Keele University in 2022 with a Second-Class Honours (2:1) Law Degree and has since completed her Legal Practice Course (LPC) and a Postgraduate Master’s in Legal Practice.
Sara commenced her two-year training contract with Tinsdills in 2023 and is working towards qualifying as a Solicitor in 2025.
Sara has prior legal assistant experience working in Wills, Trust and Probate and Litigation.
Whilst working in the Litigation department, Sara is assisting other Solicitors dealing with an array of matters, such as:
- Personal Injury—accidents at work and in public places and road traffic accident claims involving vulnerable road users.
- Landlord and Tenant Disputes – Acting for both Landlords and Tenants in possession proceedings, serving Section 8 and/or Section 21 notices.
- Contract Disputes – Individuals and companies
- Debt Recovery
