Rachel Manby

Senior Associate

Rachel is a Senior Associate working within our Wills, Trusts and Probate department. She deals with a broad range of matters, including the preparation of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, applications to the Court of Protection, Probate and Estate Administrations.

Rachel joined Tinsdills in 2003, initially working within the Personal Injury and Compensation Department until 2009, at which point she commenced a training contract. She then qualified as a Solicitor in 2011.

After qualifying in 2011, Rachel joined the Wills, Trusts and Probate Department, where she has worked ever since, gaining experience in all aspects of client matters.

Rachel has experience in all aspects of client matters and specialises in:

• Inheritance tax advice
• Preparation of Wills
• Preparation & registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Applications to the Court of Protection
• Advising and dealing with post-death matters including Probate applications, estate administration and deeds of variation

Rachel works with a variety of clients of all ages to advise and assist, helping them to get their affairs in order. Inevitably due to the nature of her work, she is involved in some very difficult times in a clients life. Rachel’s aim is to assist her clients in a practical and timely but sensitive manner, to help give them peace of mind and relieve the burden of the legal process.
