Becky Hulme
Paralegal
Becky is a Paralegal in our Family Department. Becky has worked in Family Law since 2016 and deals with divorces including complex situations where there are overseas elements. Becky deals with Change of Name Documents/Statutory Declaration for adults and can advise on the position in relation to changing a child’s name. Becky joined Tinsdills in 2022 and is currently studying towards her CILEX qualification specialising in Family Law.
Becky has experience in dealing with:-
- Dealing with all divorce matters including complex overseas situation;
- Advising on matters with domestic abuse elements;
- Advising on applications for Child Arrangements Orders, Prohibited Steps Orders and Specific Issue Orders;
- Advising on applications for Non-Molestation Orders and Occupation orders;
- Name changes/statutory declarations for adults and children;
- Sensitively handling matters relating to changes of name for gender re-assignment
Becky’s aim is to provide clients with reassurance and stability during highly emotional times in their lives. Becky strives to ensure she always provides advice in a professional yet approachable manner.
