Senior Associate
Michelle is a Senior Associate who joined Tinsdills in 2021. Michelle qualified as a Solicitor in 2008 after obtaining her LLB Honour Law Degree in 2001 and completing her LLM in Legal Practice Management in 2006/7.
Michelle has vast experience in the following matters:
- Freehold Sales and Purchases
- Leasehold Sales and purchases
- Transfer of Equity
- Remortgages
- Shared Ownership Leasehold Purchases
- Final Staircasing
- New Build Purchases and Sales
Michelle’s aim is to assist clients by providing clear and practical advice in order to assist them through what can be very stressful and time sensitive transactions, whilst also offering support and guidance to make the process as seamless as possible.
