James is an Associate Solicitor and predominately advises and assists on Contentious Probate matters, among other areas of general dispute resolution. James qualified as a solicitor in July 2017, and has been working at various firms in Staffordshire and Cheshire since that time.
James has experience in a wide range of dispute resolution matters including the following:
- Contentious Probate, including Inheritance Act 1975 claims.
- Contractual disputes
- Debt Recovery
- Negligence actions
- Commercial & Residential property/landlord and tenant issues
- Rights of way disputes
- Claims involving the ownership of land including claims under TOLATA
