Alison Abbotts

Senior Associate

Alison is a Senior Associate and advises individuals on Residential Property transactions.

She qualified as a Solicitor in March 2000 and has vast experience in all aspects of Property Law, with 18 years experience in her field. She became part of Tinsdills’ Residential Property team in September 2014.

Alison has experience in a wide range of residential property transactions including the following:

• Property sales
• Property purchases
• Leasehold sales and purchases (such as apartments)
• New build properties
• Transfers of equity
• Re-mortgages

Her main aim is to assist clients in completing their conveyancing transactions as smoothly and as efficiently as possible, as she understands that this can sometimes be a stressful time.
