Senior Associate

Emma is a Senior Associate within the Wills, Trusts and Probate department who deals with a broad range of matters, including drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, applications to the Court of Protection, dealing with the administration of estates as well as life interest trusts/discretionary trusts.

Emma has been a Fellow of the Institute of paralegals since 2010 and has over 20 years of experience in her field.

Emma has experience in a wide range of Wills, Trusts and Probate matters including the following:

• Wills
• Estate Planning
• Trusts
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Court of Protection applications
• Estate administration
