Trainee Solicitor

Amy is a Trainee Solicitor currently completing her second seat in our Commercial Property Department, having completed her first seat in our Litigation department.

Amy graduated from Keele University in 2018 with an Upper Second-Class Honours (2:1) LLB Law Degree and has since gone on to complete her Legal Practice Course (LPC) and a Postgraduate Master of Law and was awarded a Distinction. Amy commenced her two-year training contract with Tinsdills in 2022 and is working towards qualifying as a Solicitor in 2024.

Amy has prior paralegal experience working in Prison Law, Advocacy and Litigation.

Whilst working in the Commercial Property department, Amy is assisting other Solicitors dealing with an array of matters, such as:

  • Sales and purchases of freehold & leasehold land/property for companies, partnerships, individuals, and Trustees
  • Leases – acting for both Landlord and Tenant
  • General Landlord and Tenant matters – including renewals, assignments, and sub-lettings
  • Transactions with SIPP involvement
