Becky is a Paralegal in our Family Department. Becky has worked in Family Law for the last 6 years and deals with Change of Name Documents and Statutory Declaration matters and even managed her own divorce caseload. Becky joined Tinsdills in 2022.
Becky has experience in dealing with:-
- Drafting complex financial documents
- Preparation of Court bundles
- Compiling together in-depth voluntary financial disclosure documentation
- Progressing divorce matters through the online portal
- Submitting applications for non-molestation orders along with supporting accompanying documents
- Submitting applications for Child Arrangements Orders
Becky’s aim is to provide clients with reassurance and stability during highly emotional times in their lives. Becky strives to ensure she always provides advice in a professional yet approachable manner.
