James Stuart
Trainee Solicitor
James is a Trainee Solicitor currently completing his first seat in our Litigation Department.
James commenced his two-year training contract with Tinsdills in 2024 and is working towards qualifying as a Solicitor in 2026.
James has prior legal experience working as a Paralegal in our Commercial Property Department.
Whilst working in the Litigation department, James will be assisting other Solicitors dealing with an array of matters, such as:
- Personal Injury – Accidents at work & public places, and road traffic accident claims involving vulnerable road users.
- Landlord and Tenant Disputes – Acting for both Landlords and Tenants in possession proceedings, serving Section 8 and/or Section 21 notices.
- Contract Disputes – Individuals and companies
- Debt Recovery
