Sally is a Residential property Solicitor based at our Hanley office. Sally joined Tinsdills in 2023 and facilitates the sale and purchase of residential properties by undertaking the legal work required along with all other aspects of residential property.
After spending quite a number of years working in personal injury litigation, as part of Sally’s training contract she took a seat in residential conveyancing and stayed in that area of law ever since.
Sally qualified in December 2021 and has covered a variety of types of transactions ever since including:
- Leasehold and Freehold sale and purchases
- New build leasehold properties
- High value purchases
- Shared ownership
- Tyneside Leases
- Mobile home purchases
Sally tries to put herself in her clients shoes and provide the type of service she would expect to receive herself, Sally doesn’t want clients to be afraid to ask any question or worry about having to discuss things with their solicitor, and always reassures them that if they already knew the answers and the process, she wouldn’t have a job, so no question is a silly question.
Sally recently bought a house herself and knows how stressful it can be, so Sally never minds if a client becomes stressed or upset, as she understands it’s a massive part of their lives that they are trusting her with.
