Sarah is a Commercial Conveyancer based at the Newcastle office.
Sarah graduated from University of Wolverhampton LLB (HONS) 2012 and completed her LPC at the University of Wolverhampton with Commendation 2019 and has worked in Conveyancing since 2012.
Sarah has experience in a wide range of conveyancing matters including but not limited to;
- Sales and purchases of commercial and residential Property
- Leases acting for either the landlord or the tenant
- Lease renewals
- Transfer of Land
- Transfers of Equity
- Leasehold sales and purchases
