Our client was 4 years old and was with his family and family friends about to do carol singing. His mother believed that he was with his father, and his father believed he was with his mother. His father crossed a road as did some other carol singers whilst his mother was indoors. Our client crossed the road and was unfortunately hit by a car. It was dark at the time.

One day, our client was driving his car when he heard a loud bang from the back of the car. He pushed the brake pedal but the car did not stop. To avoid hitting a car in front of him, our client instinctively turned and drove up a kerb, almost hitting trees. Eventually, the car came to a stop.

Our client was riding his motorcycle and turned into a petrol station forecourt. He stopped as there was a car approaching on the incorrect side of the entrance/exit. Unfortunately, the driver of the car was not looking ahead and did not see our client and drove into our client’s motorcycle.

Our client was on UK holiday and was walking through the resort. She had walked down a few steps and onto a tiled floor when she slipped on water causing her to fall, hitting her back on the steps.

Our client was cycling on a road in Warwickshire when his front wheel went into a pothole causing him to be thrown over the handlebars of his bicycle sustaining liability.

Our client was walking in Hanley when they slipped and fell due to leaking hydraulic fluid from a parked commercial vehicle. Our client already suffered with back pain which was aggravated by the accident.

Our client was tasked with order picking as part of her role at a local warehousing company. On lifting a box from the conveyor belt she became aware it was heavier than expected, causing a back injury.

Our client’s husband had booked her a zorbing experience through the Groupon website. A zorbing ball is a large double skinned inflatable structure inside which the ‘rider’ is strapped and the ball is then pushed down a hill.
