Our client had booked a holiday break through The Sun newspaper and he went with his family to stay in a static caravan. The shower was heated by a ‘combi’ boiler, in other words when the shower was switched on, the boiler would ignite and heat the water being fed through to the shower. Our Client was having trouble getting the water to the right temperature. It suddenly began to run extremely hot and he sustained painful burns to his lower abdomen and groin.
Our client attended the National Motor Home Show at the NEC. They were in the process of leaving a motorhome, using some custom-built wooden steps when they slipped, striking their knee and sustaining injuries.
Our client had gone to a supermarket with her parents and children. She wanted to buy some grapes and as she approached the fruit and vegetable section her right foot skidded forwards causing her to fall over.

Our client visited the Zoo with friends and their children. Our client was in a bumper car on their own when a large ceiling panel fell from above hitting their hand and head.
Our Client was an elderly gentleman who fell over in a car park as a result of a piece of wood having been left lying around. As he fell, he hit the kerb fracturing his hip which required surgery.
Our client was at the gym and using a cable crossover machine when the handle suddenly snapped causing them to suffer an injury to their shoulder and neck.
Our client was walking along a street when suddenly she fell forwards because of a pothole, causing injury to her right arm.
Our client was struck in the face by a golf ball at a golf simulator as a result of faulty netting. Our client sustained a broken nose and required an operation to rectify this.
Our client tripped and fell when their foot became caught on the remnants of a steel post. After resting they were able to return to work but were subsequently involved in a second accident which resulted in a fractured right wrist caused through injuries from their first accident.
