What Happened?
Our Client went to the toilets in a bar & restaurant that she was visiting. As she closed the cubicle door behind her a large panel fell from the wall and hit her on the head and landed on her right foot.
As a result of the accident she also suffered from situational anxiety.

We brought a Claim against the owners of the bar & restaurant for failing to ensure that our Client was kept safe whilst using the premises and failing to ensure that the wall panel had been securely fixed.
Outcome
The owner’s insurers eventually agreed to settle our Client’s claim for £2,032 which was at the top of the valuation scale for these injuries.
